RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

To request a return or exchange, customers must email us directly and provide a clear explanation of the issue with the product. All return or exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Because all items are made to order, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, fit, or customization, please contact us at ameyalliswim@gmail.com prior to checkout so we can assist you.

Ameyalli Swim reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if items show signs of wear, use, damage, or do not meet the return requirements.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?

If you receive a defective item, we will gladly review the issue and offer a resolution.

Please email ameyalliswim@gmail.com with the following:

  • A full description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

  • Your order number

Please note: Any issues must be reported upon receipt of your order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Since every bikini is handmade to order, changes or cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing your order.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

If you would like to request alterations to your bikini, please provide detailed instructions in the checkout notes at the time of purchase.

  • Hand wash with lukewarm water

  • Air dry recommended
