All domestic orders are sent via USPS post service as it ensures guaranteed 1-3 business day delivery within domestic areas.

This method of shipping also provides free full tracking on all orders.

Expedited Shipping cost is determined by weight.

Free Shipping within the USA. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders are sent via USPS international.

This method of shipping also provides free full tracking on all orders.

Final shipping fees calculated at checkout based on weight from $14.00 and up.

Please note that estimated delivery times may vary.

All customs fees, foreign taxes or other fees associated with your purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please check the email account used to complete your order to see if you can find the shipping confirmation email in your inbox.

If you can’t find your email, try the following:

1. Check the Junk Mail 

2. Email ameyalliswim@gmail.com and have your Order # ready.

If you still can't find your email, your order may not have been shipped yet.

 

ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

Please check with your neighbours and local post office. When your order is showing as delivered on the USPS website, it’s always best for you to call them directly.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and shipment is returned to Ameyalli Swim, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

Ameyalli Swim does not take any responsibility for items that may be lost or stolen in transit.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Please understand we do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are produced on a made-to-order basis and are uniquely made to a person's request. Ameyalli Swim reserves the right to deny returns as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

Should you receive a product that is defective, we will happily look into offering a resolution.

  • A full description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence attached

  • Order number

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Since every bikini is handmade to order you have up to 2 days to make any changes on your order.

SIZING AND CUSTOMIZATION:

As every order is handmade from scratch it is vital that you double check you are ordering the correct size.

Please email us with your measurements if you are unsure what size you would be and we will assist you with correct sizing.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are in between sizing, we would recommend going a size up.

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BIKINI?

If you would like to make certain alterations to your bathing suit please write down in full detail your request at the checkout note.
