RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please understand we do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are produced on a made-to-order basis and are uniquely made to a person's request. Ameyalli Swim reserves the right to deny returns as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
Should you receive a product that is defective, we will happily look into offering a resolution.
Please contact ameyalliswim@gmail.com with the following information:
- A full description of the issue
- Photographic evidence attached
- Order number

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since every bikini is handmade to order you have up to 2 days to make any changes on your order.

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BIKINI?
If you would like to make certain alterations to your bathing suit please write down in full detail your request at the checkout note.
If you are not sure to what extent a bikini can be altered please email ameyalliswim@gmail.com with any questions.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY BIKINI?
- Hand wash recommended with lukewarm water.
- Air dry is recommended.
